Craig & Clement served the food while Kay & I greeted and helped customers....pretty good set up! The guys served mini Pumpkin Muffins, mini cream cheese pastries, and mini Red Velvet cup cakes....along with a taste of Apple Cider.....there were no complaints from anyone!
The evening weather was chilly but clear....this year since there was no wind to speak of, the village lit 2 large bonfires! Thank you to the Gold Hill Fire Dept for watching over them! Christmas music played from the front porch of The Stamp Mill Cafe' and a group of Recorder players serenaded visitors from the A-Frame beside the Montgomery Store......truly there was the spirit of Christmas felt throughout the village!
Looks like that fire is right outside the back door of the store, but it's not...it's at least 100 yards back....that's how large the bonfires are!
